Shipping & returns
Your online order will be packed and sent within 1 – 3 working days.
We ship to whole Europe including Great Britain and Norway. We are registered in the Norwegian tax system VOEC.
Shipping costs within Denmark are 41kr and within Europe are 90kr.
If items in your order are temporarily out-of-stock we will contact you by email.

Should your purchase not live up to the expected standard, or should you want to exchange the yarn, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days at your own expense. All returned items must be in the exact same conditions as upon receipt and yarn labels must not be broken.
If your purchase is faulty or damaged at delivery, we will cover all expenses for exchange and returns.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Your order form must be attached when exchanging and returning goods.

If we are not able to deliver your purchase, we will refund the cost of the items within 30 days.
Payment
The customer can choose from the available payment methods during the checkout process and before placing the order.
Payment shall be made in advance and without deduction.
